Cam North – Owner / Trainer
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in the civil earthmoving and mining industries, and 12 years as a dedicated trainer and assessor, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and positivity to heavy vehicle driver training. My mission is simple: to produce job-ready students through training that’s tailored to each individual’s needs.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—men and women from diverse cultures—and I pride myself on adapting my approach to suit every learner. Whether it’s a light truck or a 400-ton excavator, I’ve trained operators across the full spectrum of machinery, always with a focus on safety, quality, and personal growth.
What drives me isn’t the accolades or milestones I’ve achieved, but the success stories of the people I’ve trained and developed. Seeing students gain confidence, master new skills, and step into their careers is what makes me happiest.
I love people, I love teaching, and I’m passionate about creating a learning environment where every student feels supported, empowered, and ready to take on the road ahead.
